Title: Qualtrics Support Change
Dear Qualtrics Users,
Qualtrics users seeking support are required to login to the Support Center in order to submit a Support Ticket. This change is a required security update that ensures the privacy of user accounts, including preventing anyone from posing as another user.
Four Steps to create an account using SSO:

- Click on the Support Center Link
- Click on “Sign in with SSO”
- Organization ID = Enter sjfc (lowercase)
- Log in with your SJFC network credentials
