During this time, you may experience intermittent issues accessing all of the IT services on campus. Some of these include:

-Citadel (p-drive, department file shares)

-Campus Printing

-Self-service password reset

-Campus website

-Student Gmail

Dear Colleagues,

 

Today, Microsoft and Adobe released software patches and security Updates. OIT will be rolling out these updates overnight to computers. If you are prompted to install the Microsoft updates, you can wait until the end of the day to install them.

Note: Some of the software updates will take an extended time to install. Please do not force your computer to shut down while the updates are being installed as doing so can corrupt the operating system (Windows) and make your computer unusable.

Dear Campus Community,

 

Please be aware that Blackboard will be upgraded over the holiday break. The system will be unavailable from Sunday, December 31st at 5pm until Tuesday, January 2nd at 5pm. Please be aware that you will not be able to login to Blackboard during this timeframe. We will notify campus when the upgrade is complete and you can access the system again.

 

Please be aware, Spring 2018 course shells have been created and are available to instructors in preparation for the upcoming semester. Attached is the Pre-Semester Prep document containing instructions on copying courses and making them available to students.
