This Privacy Policy applies to www.sjfc.edu and the linked sites of our official partners (collectively, the “Site”). Our Site may contain links to other sites, including those of third parties or business partners. This Privacy Policy covers our official partners that may be linked to on our page. However, it does not cover every linked page. We cannot be responsible for the privacy practices other websites use. Donations
We are extremely grateful of any donations. When you visit the “Make a Gift” page on our Site, you will be taken to a website of a third-party Service Provider. This Service Provider will collect your first and last name zip code, postal address, email address, donation amount, billing information, and payment card information. Please refer to the privacy policy of the Service Provider to learn more about the use of your personal information.
International Visitors and the Privacy Shield
Our Site is hosted and operated in the United States (“US”). By using the Site, you are consenting to the transfer of your personal information to the US. If you are accessing our Site from outside the US, please be advised that US law may not offer the same privacy protections as the law of your jurisdiction.
